Cub Scouting recognizes that there are four essential aims:
Character Development
Citizenship
Personal Fitness
Leadership
We achieve these aims through proven, effective methods:
Living the ideals of the Scout Law, Scout Oath, and Scout Motto
Belonging to a Den (small group of similarly-aged children where we learn new skills, develop interests and practice sportsmanship and good citizenship)
Advancement (working on personal achievement and self-esteem while having fun)
Involving family and home for leadership and support
Participating in Activities such as games, projects, skits, outdoor events, community service, trips…
Serving home and neighborhood to strengthen connections
Wearing the uniform to demonstrate membership, show achievement, and foster a sense of belonging and equality
